Hello everyone, I'd appreciate if anyone could give me any advice.
My heart has been beating fast since forever, about 100 beats per minute and I've always felt my heart beating.
For the last 2-3 days I've been having chest pressure off and on, my left arm kind of hurts and my pulse is weak. I can't feel my heart beat and I used to feel it all the time. My jaw feels sometimes strange too. I don't want to upset my parents (I'm 18) and take trip to e.r. AND I'm going on a vacation tomorrow night so I am scared. Could it be anything serious wrong with my heart? I am so anxious and I know you people are not doctors, but I don't know what to do and if something similar happened to someone I'd appreciate if he/she shared their experience. Thanks

Yes, since my anxiety started, my resting HR will maintain around 100-112 BPM a lot of the time. I've had a lot of scary symptoms with the chest pressure and jaw and feelings of fainting, but it was nothing. Go to a DR and they will rule anything out.
Sorry to hear you are feeling unwell, can I just say as a parent I would be more upset if you didn't tell me, I am sure that it is anxiety based and as you are young still you will tend to have a higher heart rate than say a forty year old, I think to put yours and your parents mind at rest you should get checked out and then go and enjoy your vacation and relax...anyhow take care hope this helps a little
I don't have the time to visit doctor now as I'm travelling in a couple of hours. It's so strange it feels like my heart is fluttering but I can barely feel my pulse. I just pray that nothing bad happens to me while I travel as no-one could help me in the middle of nowhere. 😣
