Bad night

Hi all

I'm so anxious today as have meeting with work at twelve.... Will have to go back to work next week.... Still finding sleeping a problem... Really worried as having couple good days then couple bad days.... Just over a week since off fluoxetine.... Not sure if it's still side effects... Was only on them 2 weeks and never had anxiety before.
