Hi _sincerelynina I was having the same symptoms last night I kept my boyfriend up all night . I was afraid to go to sleep thinking I wasn't going to wake up! Weird chest pains, pain in my left arm and neck I thought for sure I was having a heart attack! I feel really weird as I type I'm just leaving work ! How are u feeling?
