I've just started getting anxiety like 3 months ago, but I'm getting pain in my left arm, and my chest feels heavy when I try to sleep. Do I have a heart problem or is this all just my anxiety??

Anxiety. But go checked it anyways. If all tests are clear, then it is anxiety.
