Anyone understand this??

My job can be quite stressful and demanding some times. But when I go to work I feel fine (majority of the time) however when I have a day off or when I get home from work I suddenly feel ill again. I can't relax on my days off and feel like i need to be doing something because symptoms and bad thoughts return!!

I can be fine one minute then the next things will start to get blurry and my head feels really heavy and feel like something bad is going to happen like collapsing/going blind/just dying.

I'm driving myself mad🙁
