Not at all everything is my anxiety
I was just checking up on Buspar. It's such a safe drug that people don't stay on it long because it doesn't really do much. As for withdrawing or stopping cold turkey, there doesn't seem to be any ill effects in most people. Depending on your dose and how long you took it....There going to have to find something that will help you to attack this anxiety so that you can use other techniques. But first you need medication to get you in the right frame of mind.
