Hi people, i suffer from chronic anxiety, im pretty sure its a mind thing i think im dying daily if its not a heart attack its a stroke an im tired of feeling this way any help please

I am exactly the same i think I'm having a stroke right now because i have a headache. It sounds soooo silly but research does me the world of good. And knowing that other people feel the same. Try and replace the negative thoughts with positive. How old are you xxx
