Hello

Did you get any sleep ?

The thing is the more we are scared the more we won't be able to do something like sleep if that is our fear

Nothing has happened to you when you have been asleep and you have to keep reminding yourself of this and this is your anxiety stopping you

I would have a nice relaxing bath in an evening

Get settled down with a good film or book , get a nice warm drink and try & relax your mind , wait till you are so tired you can hardly keep your eyes open before you go to bed , again take a book or magazine with you and if you feel anxious start reading and you may drop of to sleep while reading

Having a little night light on in the background can help if you are feeling fearful

Take Care x
