Hello I am new to the group And I was in A Relationship With A Narcissist for 10 years And That is How I ended up here I Have Anxiety and Panic And PTSD From The Emotional and Mental Abuse I went through I am not there anymore Left In Feb. this year And Am now Seeing Under A Dr. Care And Just relizing the things I went through were Very Real And I am not crazy and Not Alone There are many others That suffer the same as me Thanks for Having Me And I hope I learn Alot more And Maybe Can Help others
