i have such bad chest pain, it feels horrible, sometimes like im convinced its a heart attack, does anyone else honestly feel like they are going to die pretty soon? (not that i believe i am, but especially at night when my chest is really hurting i just don't see how im not just dying!)

Anxiety can make you feel like that (impending doom) almost everyone with anxiety always worry about having a heart attack.and anxiety symptoms can actually make you feel like your having one but in reality your not.its just your mind playing tricks on you.
I have bad reflux and that can be very painful
