Hi Jafib, I am aware of this device and others like it that focus on our breathing.

I have not used this apparatus or need it since I've worked on doing my breathing

exercises on my own for years. It has been my key in controlling Anxiety as well as

Agoraphobia.

I have a video on YouTube that I can recommend for you to watch. However....with

your upcoming Open Heart Surgery, I would ask your physician if it's okay for you to

try this before purchasing the device Safety is our first concern on this forum.
