Drug use and anxiety, depression

Ima be very real with who ever is coming off of hard drug's anxiety and depression is also caused because your body is detoxing im saying this because am off hard drugs and i had all they systems of full on anxiety, and it was panic attacks and depression it will pass i got so scared i went to the ER and i told the truth about coming off of drug's it will take up to 10 day or some times longer for your body to detox it depends how long a person been using..

Thank you and all i want todo is get right and live for my self and my love im am very happy and i dont want to lose the man of my life over the use of drugs I've been clean for 3 weeks

Hi Jax78 sorry to hear what you have been going thru . For me, suffering with anxiety/depression one day at a time is key cause its a struggle! 😩 If you don't mind me asking how long were u using?

6 years every day all day then this past year i slowed down a lot only every weeked all of the sudden i started to get panic attacks so i chose to completely stop
