Hey all...I know I've probably asked this alreaybut how long does arterial plaque take to build to levels of worry

When we have anxiety and especially health anxiety it will focus in on one health fear , it can stay with this one fear but sometimes we move on yet we can then think something else is seriously wrong with us and the cycle just keeps going on

You very much seem like yours is focused on your heart and cholesterol yet you have got an excellent cholesterol result but your anxiety is not taking that on board instead it is searching for answers to feed your fear by your question " how long would it take to build up " I mean I see you have even asked the question in the Cholesterol Community before I replied which is your choice but what anxiety does is makes us keep asking and asking till someone will give us the answer that will frighten us and I hope by posting your question in another Community does not add onto your fear you have already

I do not really have a clue how long it would take , I suppose it would go on your age and your lifestyle , what you eat etc but then some people manage to have a rubbish life style and do not have high cholesterol but I think what you need more than the answer to this is some support with your anxiety , make sure you are or ask for some therapy because you need the answer to how to change the way your thought process has took over with this fear and therapy will help you with that even if you have to have a few attempts before it works

Appreciate it bro...I need some dam therapy pretty bad I do have a poor lifestyle but my cholesterol was pretty good

Well that is all you need to know that for now your cholesterol is fine and there is no reason to think it is going to change , focus on getting that therapy x

I will...I was told by my doctor im in America but anyway that the coronary disease has alot to do with cholesterol being high

I some cases it might but not in all and yours is not high so you are fine x
