If you get it only at night drink some warm green tea no sugar and and benadryl helps alot i dont have any benadryl now I've been up for the past 3 nights i could only rest during the day idk why but its just how it is so i have to just deal with the panic attacks when they come every night.. you cant let it take over you take it over you controll it mind over matter
