Its all about relaxing the body and mind and to do both Meditating isthe key. Clearing the mind of thoughts and tbe breathing Whilst breathing out feel the body relax more if a thought comes into your mind gently push it aside and keep doing it it will get easier try 5 to 15 minutes a day . I promise it will help enormously.
