I feel as if my body rushes even though I'm breathing right I get so scared why do I have to deal with anxiety I get scared it will kill me

I get like this to, everything is a big rush, I have to do things quick. Have you spoken to your doctor or having any therapy? X

Therapy and I hate when I get adrenaline added to it its so scary my anxiety is bad I just want it to stop

It feels as if I'm dying and I get bad muscle spasms on the chest area

I also hate that I think my heart goes fast but in reality I'm fine it's driving me insane

My heart pounds, I get aches and pains all over, different types and different worries 😩

What therapy are you having?

My mind is always going 100 mph even when trying to relax. Anticipating the next

thing around the corner. It is so wearing physically and emotionally. Hang in there.
