I'm scared again
Like hyperventilating feeling weak in the arms scared
I can't take this it's tearing me up, I can't keep up with my medicines and I'm scared I have a blood clot
Chances are I don't but I've been sitting a lot for the past month due to my work not giving me a lot of hour
I'm so scared guys oh my god

If you are not keeping up with your meds and hitting and missing them this could be adding to how you feel you really should try and take them as prescribed and give them a chance to work , if you can't take them then you should go and speak to your Doctor about this
Try not to worry about a blood clot , I am sure you will be fine , just get a walk or some kind of exercise before or after work or even both if you can

I get weakness in the arms. I think it is hyperventilating and also I get muscle pain in my neck and shoulders that might be contributing to it.
