I am so sorry for your loss. I am close to your age and have a ton of physical symptoms. I am here to talk if you would like.

Hi speedy chick, no wonder you have anxiety after what you went through. You actually maybe suffering from postpartum depression and your hormones maybe be really up and down. A question though. Have you ever had a full blood panel to check your thyroid hormones? Few women develop thyroid issues following birth. My neighbor actually developed anxiety after losing her twin babies at birth but had an undiagnosed thyroid issue. Just curious as it would explain as well a lot of your symptoms that you are feeling right now. I myself suffer anxiety, OCD and depression but also have thyroid problem. Take care and sending you healing thoughts.

Out of curiosity, go and check thyroid uk site. The reason for that is because doctors will go by lab results and not by symptoms and when it comes to thyroid, there is a big disagreement between normal range and healthy optimal range. For example, I am within range with my TSH results with 4.4 but the ideal result to have no symptoms (especially anxiety), is 1. So check the site, see where you fit with your blood results and also, make sure they actually tested you for free T4, free t3, vitamin b12, folate, vitamin D3 and ferretin and also, ask for your results. I forgot, also antibodies
