citalopram/celexa help asap please

ok so ive been taking celexa in the mornings for anxiety 10 mg and i felt after a while my anxiety would feel like its gonna act up more often so i spoke to my doctor and she said to try taking one at night so i took a celexa than rolled over to close my eyes not sure if i even fell asleep or not but then woke up with my eyes still closed than opend them and felt like i was just sitting there with my eyes closed for hours and im really scared my anxiety feels really bad not sure if its just a side affect also my chest and sholders felt really warm and im a bit shakey. i planned on going somewere fun tomorrow but not sure if i can now can someone please help me!!!!thanks
