We should have a meeting.

There's strength in numbers and I know that when I meet people that suffer from anxiety, we're able to help one another.

Dr. David Jeremiah actually mentioned something pretty interesting. He mentioned that in another country, there was a psych hospital and people would check in and have appointments and it was a thriving facility.

Then the country broke out into a civil war and the hospital (well away from the front lines) was almost deserted. The reasoning behind all of this is that once people had something to focus on besides themselves, 99% of them got better.

I think an in person group could work very well this way.

Comment -if you feel comfortable- which town and state you live in.

I don't think anyone loves around me, but it's worth a shot.

By the way, I visited New Braunfels on my way to San Antonio before and it was beautiful.

It is a beautiful city, though I really like the Tyler area. That's a beautiful place!

I wish there was a support group in my area specifically for all anxiety problems. I believe most of us would get better if not completely cured if we could meet with others who suffer from the same ailments. Right now I am in Lawton Oklahoma, but will be moving to Odessa Texas soon. Somtimes, I feel utterly alone with this anxiety, then I have to forcefully remind myself that I am NOT alone. That hundreds of thousands of people all over the world are suffering too. My heart goes out to ALL of you. May our heavenly Father keep you safe and comfort you always.

Hi guys I'm new here, I'm from Ireland and really feel there is no help in this country, I do feel if it were possible, talking to others would help so much, doctors I've gone to with my panic attacks here don't get it,one even laughed when I said I was having a heart attack, one told me to get Dr Claire Weekes self help for your nerves which I did, but it's not very modern set in older times, she does explain the nervous system and it causing all these horrible symptoms we deal with day to day, I don't take any prescribed medication but I take herbal drops and kalms. I talk to my family and though they try to understand unless You have been there u can't understand how hard it is to cope everyday with so many different symptoms, I pray we will one day get back to ourselves again, with gods help we will

It can be tough when there seems to be no help. I've only been to my Dr twice and when she see's that I have anxiety, everything's discredited it seems. The truth is, not a lot of people know what anxiety is.

You will get better
