Medications.?

Has anyone taken Zoloft for anxiety disorder and panic disorder.? I'm thinking about asking my psychiatrist about it after seeing all the good reviews but I wanted to see if anyone on here thought it worked good or not and if I should give it a try. I'm almost up for anything at this point

Hi LeX, Zoloft has been around for a long time and has been proven to be beneficial to many people. What works for one may not work for another. Keep an open mind when reading reviews. Good Luck...

Go for it! I was prescribed Prozac when I first had depression 9 years ago. Then a newly qualified doctor put me on Sertraline (Zoloft) because she said, Prozac is good for depression (repressed anger) but Sertraline is better for anxiety (repressed fear). I self-medicate, up to the maximum of 200mgs after a recent family bereavement, now down to 50mgs, which is probably the minimum daily dose which I will need for ever. Best Wishes, Pearwig.
