Has anyone found something to help panic attack and anxiety besides having to use meds I don't want to use meds if I don't have to

The best and most important thing to do, and probably hardest, is to change your mindset and try not to worry, or to be able to recognize panic attacks as strictly just panic attacks and nothing to worry about. This is pretty hard and might take a while, but it works most of the time.
If you're looking for non pharmaceutical grade medications that can help you, I know kava kava has helped some people, so have kalms pills, Valarian root, 5htp, rescue remedy. These are all are weaker herbal medicines, and there isn't really much science backing those up, but they are helpful for some people. Other than that relaxation techniques are good.
Try figuring out what makes you anxious the most and then facing that fear. If you can get over the fear then you don't need to be anxious! Then you won't need medicine. But again this is hard and generally takes longer than using medicine. Some people can do it and some people can't. I'm trying without medicine but it's really hard and I might have to try medicine lol
How bad are you I don't really leave my room it was hard going to the doctors office today this was the first time in almost a year
I'm getting better in some ways. I've had a ton of tests done, so I'm more accepting that this is anxiety and i think it's helping me. But I'm still having pretty bad head pressure and headaches as well as visual weirdness and dizziness almost constantly which makes going out and doing things hard so I'm still stuck in bed or at home a lot. I do try to go out everyday but it can be uncomfortable with the head feelings.
It's my heart and head I get racing heart and then I feel that Im not real nor the things around me
Well I think the key for beating this without meds is to just be able to accept these things as anxiety and move past them. Try to get out and break your comfort zone as much as possible. If you think you can do this without meds I would try, but if you don't think you can, then maybe meds will help. It's a tough choice
