Hi, had a terrible day with anxiety, felt dreadful.I've had a shower and don't feel quite so bad now.Still feeling anxious in my stomache. Has anyone else tried this. Don't feel so crazy.

Hi Hidden was just flicking through and noticed thathat no one had replied to your post. Hope you are doing better now. As for showers I prefer a good soak in the bath but I think both are good ad long as they are not too hot

Hi es27, haven't been too bad for a couple of days. Not so good today, over did it yesterday. Woke early had trouble breathing, maybe to do with smoking, I get that sometimes. Not too good today. Got headache, dizzy, and feeling anxious. I think I've got sinus. Do you get that? Hope you're ok.

I have a nasal spray for nasal drip which I assume is sinus related.

Am doing OK today.
