I have suffered with anxiety since a kid I'm 23 years old . I have been beating my mind up for a month and a half my focus been on thinking I'm having a heart attack not being able to sleep or feel comfortable in my everyday life .. I'm always dizzy my question is do any of you have been forgetful of things since dealing with your depression ?

Yes it has happened before but don't worry about having a heart attack, you will be okay ! Think about it this way, you said you been thinking you have a heart attack for one month and nothing had happened right ? Well you're okay don't worry !
