Overwhelmed and Afraid

So I went to the Dr yesterday only to find out my BP was elevated. The Dr made a change in my medicine but it has me feeling unwell I hate this feeling! Not only that I had a anxiety attack today at work. Thought o was having a heart attack , I can't continue to live like this I'm ready to say the hell with anxiety and LIFE😩

I don't know if its indigestion or am I having a heart attack . I'm really afraid

Pain under my left breast and a mild burning sensation

It can be anxiety if u dont feel any better i suggest u get it checked out
