Cervical cancer diagnosis
Bless your heart! I am sending you lots of prayers! You don't have to go to work if you feel like you need time to process this.... I can't tell you not to be frightened because that is usually our first response, but I can tell you that there is so much hope! If you could please get the book Love, Medicine, and Miracles by Bernie Seigel MD he's a cancer doctor....I had cancer in my colon couple years back so I read everything I can on prevention. Also look up bud wig diet. Keep thinking positive that it is very small or that they misdiagnosed you...because it is possible.
My suggestions are to try ur best at keeping busy and going to work may help keep ur mind active and time to go by faster than if u were home dwelling on it! I had cervical cancer at age 26 or 27! Lucky for me it was early stages and and they did a cervical coneization! I was cured and had one child at age 29! He was born almost a mont early, but 7 pounds and healthy! I don't know how old u are but I wish you the best! Any questions please feel free to ask! R u from the UK?
I know it's easy to say 'don't worry' but try to think positive. I was diagnosed with uterine cancer last year, luckily early stage, had to have a hysterectomy but no extra treatment, just regular checks. I hope you get in for that MRI quickly to put your mind at rest. I know so many ladies who had cervical cancer and are now free of it. Let us know what happens and good luck for next week🙂
My heart goes out to you. xxx
