is there anybody that feels constant nausea like comes and goes and i always feel like i have a fever

Yeah I sometimes feel nauseous and my stomach feels weird that it just makes me not want to eat anything. I also have headaches and I touch my head and I feel as if I'm heating up. But yeah your not alone.

I used to get it all the time (sometimes still do). Does it come when you are nervous about something or at random? Mine always come at the most inappropriate times like when I am on a date =( 

I try to shake it off by coughing (not that it helps much) but once my hands go cold and numb, I just have to sit down for about half an hour till it goes away.

When I had chronic nausea, I constantly had a high fever as well. The doctors told me that anxiety and panic disorder can cause that.
