Does anyone experience nausea and dizziness because of anxiety ?

I went to the doctor for my anual checkup and the doctor told me everything looks very good so I don’t know why I keep having a little bit of nausea and sometimes I feel like I am in a boat

That makes me more anxious because I feel I have a mortal desease and that I will die very soon

Please help me

EVERYDAY! I wake up feeling like I've been kicked in the stomach by a mule.

Another description I've heard that's cool is "a hole in my stomach with the wind blowing through it". I get Nauzene at the pharmacy or grocery store, take Rx promethazine, and eat saltines all morning. It's awful. But not fatal.

Hang in there, I'm with you.....

we have many good back posts about this on this forum.

Use the search bar, and get the popcorn!

This is one of the most common side effects most of us have had over the years.

Yes to all of it. I'm so sorry that all I can say is call your doctor. If you're in withdrawal, it's a long tough ride, but it's worth it. Be well, and be strong. 👍🇺🇸👍

yep for 6 montsh now. Terrible nausea - it is good to know it is from anxiety and not internal organs packing up.
