Getting nausea

Do any of you get nausea if you sit under a ceiling fan? I have one in my kitchen and when I sit to eat I start feeling sick. The feeling goes away when I sit elsewhere.. Its so annoying. I just had dinner and almost threw up.. 😯

Do you possibly have a negative association with that seating area? Or possibly feel pressured when sitting there? That could trigger a response.

Now that I think about it maby I do feel pressured to be still and just relax. The same happens when we go out and eat.. I havr to use the restroom and go freshen up so that I can feel better

Ah, yeah that sounds like anxiety. When you feel pressured, you can feel nauseous, and the sight of food can make it worse.

I hate it.. Even my 6 year old asks me why I don't sit at the table. 😔

Here's a good way to check it; sit at the table without eating. Like just sit there randomly and if that feeling comes, it's anxiety,

Ok so guess what happened...? It was the worst feeling ever!! I couldn't stop rubbing my hands .. I felt really nervous and just felt running away.. The worst 😣😔😔

No prob. And even if it doesn't happen, it could still be anxiety because sitting down KNOWING you aren't going to eat anything may cause nothing to happen.

Very interesting. I can't sit in front of the AC, I start to feel sick. I assume its just the cold. Idk why.
