Crazy.

Through the day I dont have much anxiety any more but at night I have this weird obsession paranoia were I cant relax in bed it has caused massive tension between me and my partner... I focus on each breath I take along with my partners breathing its so f**ked up I feel crazy also my tension is making my boyfriend uneasy and nervous so then he doesnt sleep either so then I move to the sofa. I DONT understand it I feel like something has taken over my mind someones cursed me. Im just lying there waiting for something terrible to happen !?  Also its constant swallowing of siliva like my mouth waters up  to much which I hate.  What is happening to me? Could it be the 100mg of sertaline It has been more than 3months so I doubt they are helping me properly?

Didn't want you to think you were alone. Night anxiety is the worst...it makes you scared to go to sleep. I understand that you think your boyfriend is being bothered by your symptoms but i a sure you he just does not know what he can do to help you. I am married to a wonderful guy that doesn't know what I am going through but he tries to understand and he empathizes with my symptoms. Hang in there...I know nothing about sertaline but you could talk to your doctor about it.
