Just woke up dizzy and full of dread

I feel awful and all I can think is that I will go crazy and never get better. I can't even picture a future for myself.

Have u tried any b-complex supplements?  I've been on them for a few weeks and since then my dread for Continuing life has gone away

OK Someone!

I see you fell dizzy very often! This is terrible I know it's one thing that annoys me, because I get it all the time.

First there is few possibilities why are you getting dizzy 

a) Stress and anxiety 

b) Vertigo

Have you done your vertigo exercises? You tube it. It helps me so much. Second drink water and please do your breathing exercises. Go to your doctor and ask fir tablets that stop dizzines and alwas carry them with you. It's amazing how much it will reduce after you know you have something that can stop them. It's a bit of a mind game. Trick your brain, tell it you have something to stop it. You are not losing your mind you are not! You are just annoyed and scared!!
