So , my husband fell off the wagon last night !!! By choice !!! 

Had a friend pop in and I was totally mortified by his behaviour...he couldn't even speak he was that drunk. 

Now today on my daughters 10th birthday..my anxiety is through the roof!!!

Heart won't settle,pins n needles,fatigue etc.

Has your husband got a problem with the drink as you say he has fallen of the wagon , sorry you may have said that he has before and I have not read it 

You got it spot on though " His Choice " lets hope he has a really bad headache lol 

Well I think the choice would be a good word for you to focus on and his behavior last night choose not to let it affect you today and your Daughters 10th BD , Happy BD to Mrs Bob's Daughter today

I would and it will take some doing but sometimes they expect us to react to them which would result in you getting more anxious and spoiling your Daughters BD so I would act as if nothing had happened last night , dish out the orders to him for what help you need today and after today well if you want to approach him last night just as he will be feeling he has got away with it then at least it won't spoil today for you & yor Daughter  

Remember how you feel is anxiety , nothing bad is going to happen try and ride through this telling yourself this is not going to harm you and it won't and if you got upset with hubby last night think there is no wonder anxiety is trying to pay you a visit today but you can try and shut the door on it to

I hope as the day goes on as I am not a Morning person that you start to feel better and you have a lovely day with your Daughter celebrating her Birthday
