I get that with a full on panic attack kind of. I think I can't catch enough breath and start hyperventilating. I don't feel calm though. Just shake and cry and can't control it :(

I feel like this on a daily basis. It can go away & then it comes back. & when I notice my breathing it gets worse. I feel shortness of breath, I yawn a lot & sometimes can't take deep breaths. My chest gets tight. I've been checked they find nothing. I quit smoking & I wonder if this is unfortunately some horrible side affect. It definitely scares me & contributes to my anxiety.

Yes! That sounds like the norm for us anxiety suffered, but we see our case is isolated and that we will die from it because nobody else experiences the same feelings. However, you are not alone. This is a very common sensation. I am with you in this journey, just write whenever you feel like that.
