Dehydration and anxiety.

First time in weeks I feel hydrated andmy aanxiety level is quite low. I think not being hydrated enough makes one anxious. I cant explain it but I feel good no cramps no bad thoughts plus my son and I was out in the sun sitting on a bench with my boys old dog soaking up some vitam D and its done us both good so today is a happy one plus I did 20 minutes meditation. Hope you all feel good today as well if not your time for a nice day will come hopefully soon. Bye for now.

Awesome news! I find my best days are days I spend time in quiet with God and in the sun. Unfortunately, in Washington State, we get a lot of rainy days, but it's also given us some of the most beautiful green land in the USA. I pray that you will have many more good days.

Thanks it was the first sunny warm day for many months and I did think of God whilst in the country side. Have a nice day yourself.
