Blurry vision / Double vision

Does any one else suffer from blurry vision or double vision with anxiety... I was just on the comouter reading an email and bam i saw blur which triggered anxiety but i calmed myself by breathing but im still scared.

Hello.... Iv been dealing with anxiety for a long time now over 9 years now. off and on and I have had every symptoms that you can think of

 my biggest thing was chest pain that was getting wore, I had a stress test done last week Dr. stated that everything is normal I think I going for a second doc... but anyway. you'll be fine that's what I keep telling myself you have to do something that works best for you.. I know it easy said than done.. cause when I have them know one couldn't tell me anything:)!! cause some ppl doesn't understand it unless they going through it themselves. hope I help..  Take care hope..

Hi,  I suffer with blurry vision everyday.  The computer is a trigger because of the white background.  It no longer causes me to panic but it is annoying.  The eye doctor had said it was from dry eyes.  I have OTC natural tears eye drops that I use on occasion.
