Dose anyone elts suffer with there eyes always seeing black spots while your looking or always paying attention to your heart beat because your afraid of having another anaxity

Yes I get this all the time, doctor said its floaters? And I'm constantly checking my pulse in my neck or wrist

I do the same thing all of the time I even have an app on my phone to make sure my hearts not going to fast and my heart ends up racing and I panic

Something that helps me sometimes is mind over matter. I do mind and it dose not matter ! Gets me threw about half of my day ! But lately nothing works
