Mouth and throat

Mouth and throat extremely dry. Making me feel like I cannot swallow properly and yep...you guessed it...causing panic. Obviously it's nothing untoward as it's not sore or swollen I don't have any fever and it's not stopping me sleeping or eating..... just panics 😩😭😔😔😔😔

Hi dear.  I don't panic but my mouth, throat and tongue are so extremely dry as well. There are times during the night or upon waking up that I feel like my tongue is stuck to the roof of my mouth.  Feel like  you can't swallow properly.  during the day, it's like that as well and that's when I realize I've been mouth breathing.  You're right in that it doesn't stop me from eating just disturbing.  My panic level has lessened enough so that some of these things don't make me anxious just bothered.  I can say keep sipping on water but it hasn't done me much good.  Feel better, you are not alone  x
