It's just before my period and I was feeling my boobs and I'm sure I felt a lump in one so paranoid can't cope

The best thing you can do is go get a check up, you need that to ease your mind. Last month my breast hurt so much I convinced myself I had breast cancer. It was one of the most depressing weeks I have ever had in my life. I would just randomly cry out of nowhere. Anxiety is a horrible thing to have it can make you believe things you could ever imagine & some. Mines just started around three months ago I think I have health anxiety, but I also think they missed somethings in my doctors appointments I had. I feel ill a lot I hardly think that's normal & anxiety can make you feel that ill but the doctors insist it. So I go day by day hoping & prayin this will pass & I can live a normal life like I once did. Hang in there get a check up to clear your mind.
