Freaking out as I have had a white tongue for a while but some days it's not so bad and other days it is. I'm driving myself crazy with checking my tongue all the time. Does anyone else have this problem ??

Doctor said it will eventually go away and it's nothing to worry about ?? It's been months !!
Yeah I do eat enough I think. I have digestive issues due to anxiety so thought maybe it was that. Then I thought maybe it's cancer but my doctor said it's not cancer so why have I got it ? I hate having it and I'm constantly worrying about it.
No I don't smoke or drink and I drink lots of water everyday. I am very well hydrated as my drink bottle is like my comforter which is weird but it helps me to keep drinking water all day. Yeah I was checked by 2 different doctors and both said it's not. Will check my levels when I go to the doctors next week for zinc ect deficiency. Thank you.
