Anyone else having councilling

Hi all just been advised to go by my mental health nurse to go and see a councillor due to my problems any one else been

I think a lot of us have maybe had some Counselling or therapy of some kind on here or are waiting for some

I would take your nurse's advice and see about getting some Counselling it can be very good nothing to be afraid of but helps you to understand why you feel like you do and the best way for you to deal with it

markrobo, I had assumed you were already in counseling. I don't think I'd be here without having had years of therapy. Finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with is the answer. They will help sort out what you are feeling so that you don't feel so overwhelmed with fear and doubts. Best decision you can make. Good Luck!
