Does anyone get a nervous feeling but you don't really know what your nervous about and feel like your going to throw up ?!

This is me each day. Even more so 3 months ago. I've been told in cbt that you have to really pay attention to what is going through your head. Grasp whatever the thought is in there. I didn't think I had any just omg omg omg continuously over absolutely nothing but I have found there are thoughts there if I've looked hard enough for them. I am still practicing this and it does take a lot of practice. I have to write them down and forget them till worry time. Writing them down is easy forgetting them is not especially once I've found what the thought is. So I'm only half way through being able to use this tool so can't really vouch for its effectiveness. I don't feel better since using it (except for when I burn the thoughts, however the thoughts are back the next day) but I have felt a bit more in control of it since attempting this each day.
