Last night was an awful night for me... My stress symptoms were so bad that I threw up and I had all of these racing thoughts. I slept for 3 hours last night and I had my therapy session this morning. After therapy I came home and lounged in bed and took about an hour and 15 minute nap. I woke up feel more energized. Missing sleep is the worst thing for anxiety sufferers! It adds to the stress 1000000x. Also for some reason I often feel like my chest is super full after i eat.. It feels like i can't even take a deep breath. Is this from the stress?
