Feeling like I'm dying and thinking about it

I get these pains in my chest sometimes when I wake up and I do lift weights. I have a habit of eating too much sometimes too. If I don't wakeep up feeling like I'm going to have a heart attack or stop breathing then I start thinking about it. I'm working with a therapist 2 times a week for the past couple weeks. I know it will take time but I just want these feelings to pass. I have this sharp pain in .y head now.

  • It is hard, we have to stop our thought pattern, when these thoughts come in your mind you need to say out load "stop" and change your thought to something pleasant. VERY HARD. Wishing you well.
