Don't want to fly

I'm wondering has anyone else an issue with flying, I don't have a fear of flying but I hate being confined in the plane. I alway sit at the front so I can get off asap. I feel so panicky and I dread the thought of traveling . I never use to be like this I use to love airports lol!!

I'm trying to book a holiday for myself and my 2 kids but I'm petrified of being abroad with them on my own and something happening to me and my kids been stuck in a foreign country scared alone until my parents and fly out and be there for them. I know I sound completely crazy but we all need some sun!!!
