I have been suffering anxiety for most of my life, but within the past 2-3 years it has really increased.
I do not let it stop me from doing things and I fight through it as much as I can. Basically it is discomfort most of the time.
I have a symptom that really alarms me and I am wondering if anyone else has it.
I will feel great, no anxiety or anthing then BAM out of no where I get this 5-10 second spaced out feeling. As if I am in a dream and not in control of my body. This does not happen often but when it does it scares the crap out of me. I never faint or anything but its like a mentally black out without blacking out (confusing i know). After I come back to reality I am usually tired and frustrated and in a bla mood
After doing research I did see that simple partial seizures sound a lot like this. Ofcourse hearing the work seizure freaks me out.
Just hoping to see if this is anxiety or seizure releated.
Thanks,
Tom

Hello Tom
I am really impressed with how you deal with your anxiety and don't allow it to stop you doing things , good for you
As for the sensation that you sometimes feel like you have blacked out I would not start thinking the worse even though I know anxiety will tell us to but I would see your Doctor and mention it and just let them check you over , it will give you peace of mind and then I can imagine if you get them again you will work through them just like you have with the rest of your anxiety
Let us know how you get on if you go & see the Doctor x
