Still feeling dizzy or like im on a boat.

Year has gone by..ive had heart checked..blood work..seen a ENT..couple test with my neurologist. Waiting to get them back..chest pain. Burning sensation in my arms. If anything i got worse. I need help. Tired of walking off balance and worrying. Help

In one word.... Anxiety!!! Had that being on a boat feeling and burning sensations, it's awful, you think it's something terrible that can't be treated.... It can and quiet simply, stop fearing it , they are just sensations of a stressed mind and body. Take care .

Hi, it could be an inner ear disorder. Anxiety symptoms go hand in hand with it. The feeling you are on a boat is typical of inner ear problem. Your anxiety hub is placed right next to this area hence the anxiety aswell. My local ent was rubbish so I got my doc to refer me to UCL in London. It's nhs so it's free. They did far more tests on me and found the problem. Too many people with real ear problems are told it's just anxiety. If you intuitively feel something is wrong and it's not just anxiety then I would recommend the further tests. I'm a year in aswell and I knew it wasn't just anxiety. I felt off balance and dizzy constantly. Having had anxiety for years before this I knew it was more than that. You may have just decompensated on one side and all you may need is some special exercises to do to help your bad ear compensate again. It is when the brain forgets how to balance properly. But it can be helped to re-calibrate. Good luck.
