Hi everyone I'm having constant Pulpitations and feeling anxious and I don't know why .

They went for a while and have now returned what can I do x

I do too hun mine speeds up all through the day and even more the last few days it does worry me but I've had an ecg and all was fine but I worry something is making it fast like another illness have you have an ecg before?

And the thing I do is sit there and say in my head " go on then beat fast go as fast as you like I'm not scared I don't care" it's doesn't always work but it works some of the time and slows down by itself like it's not scaring you so there's no point, give it a try hun it might work for you ☺ x

Me too for the past two days my palpitations have been aweful all day long😞I'm so tired of feeling like this. I'm just laying here feeling sorry for myself, my daughter (11) wants to do something cuz it's Valentines but I don't want to do anything feeling like this 😔This is so unfair for her. What did I do to deserve this!!!!

It's horrible and can take over your life my children r grown up and r doing there thing it's hard to explain to people who don't suffer with it so they don't really understand cheer up I hope u feel well soon x😋

Hi twinkle no I haven't had a ecg but I have a doc appiontment so I will be telling them about it so hopefully I can get it sorted xx
