Does any one have nausea aneixty where they just randomly feel like they r going to throw up for no reason like your heart sinks and then you feel proper sick

All the time. None of my doctors have any idea what it is. I'm taking an anti-emetic don't-throw-up pill (ondansetron odt 4 mg, also heard it called zofran). It's real fast acting, almost instant some times.

Also, minty gum helps me, or drinking ginger ale. Good luck
