help me plz

so a few months ago I got a really bad ear infection and I would get lightheaded all the time and was basically traumatized by the situation that now being lightheaded freaks me out. So lately Iv been getting this weird pressure, or just a weird feeling behind my head and it makes me lightheaded when I move too fast. It's scaring me to death. Not to mention I do have anxiety but I'm able to control it. I don't know what this is, and it's just so scary. My doctor keeps telling me it's just anxiety but I don't think it is.

If you guys have any answers or suggestions on this might be please let me know.

I forgot to add I'm also recently getting over a cold.. And when I blew my nose my ear popped and the whole room started spinning and I passed out.. But idk if this could involve the pressure behind my head
