Hi all. It's been a little while since I've been on here. After reading a post from someone that had bought an anxiety book, I bought it myself. I feel completely different now...so much better. Anxiety levels have dropped and I'm able to face most things. It gets better day by day and I highly recommend you take a look at it. Obviously you don't have to but what have you got to lose? Just try it
The book is called the dare response by Barry mcdonagh. It's on amazon, kindle etc. The Facebook closed group is nothing short of fantastic support. Hope everyone is ok x
